Our locations
Washington, Michigan We are located on Van Dyke (main street) in downtown Washington Township. The Washington Michigan office serves all of southern Michigan from West Branch south to the Michigan/Ohio border. We offer our normal services within this service area.
Mackinaw City, Michigan We have a small "satellite" site located just outside of Mackinaw City on Straits View Drive. The Mackinaw "satellite" branch services Michigan from West Branch north to Whitefish Point, and across the State from those latitudes to Escanaba. Special service arrangements must be made for customers located within the area serviced by the Mackinaw branch for us to provide our services to those customers. Mobile Offices Johnson Heating and Cooling looks at their operating expenses differently than most HVAC and controls companies. With gasoline costs and overhead a major consideration for all companies, Johnson Heating and Cooling has adopted a strategy of using vehicles that have four times the storage space of conventional vans, but consume only 30% more fuel. The math makes sense! We need to take less trips to the wholesale houses because our vehicles are better equipped, and our customers pay less because we are more organized. Our DDC customers can rest assure that we are prepared to tackle any mechanical issue that may come our way, and we are better equipped to handle critical emergency calls, when time is of the essence for our customers.

Johnson Heating and Cooling, LLC performs normal operations, with our standard rates, in Macomb County Michigan and Oakland County Michigan. For customers outside of Macomb and Oakland Counties, we may require an additional cost because of the drive time and travel expense, however, our rates are still extremely competitive through out the entire State of Michigan
